In The Art of The Indictment: Donald Trump's Legal Whoa's Come To A Head we find, legal troubles have finally started to catch up with him as he faces an indictment in New York. His misdeeds include a laundry list of crimes.
However this case is the first he will have to face. We have a citizen President, they put their pants on one leg at a time and if they commit crimes they should be held accountable just like we would.
From tax fraud to obstructing justice, the former president's shady business dealings and questionable actions before, during and after his time in office have led to a growing pile of evidence against him. It seems the only thing bigger than Trump's ego is the mountain of legal woes he now faces.
Perhaps he should have paid closer attention to the laws he was so quick to flout, but it seems he was too busy playing golf and tweeting/Truth Socialing/spewing hate to bother.
The once-titanic figure of American politics is now reduced to a mere criminal defendant, and the world watches with bated breath to see how this all plays out in court. The downfall of such a prominent figure serves as a reminder that no one is above the law, and that justice will always prevail in the end. It also highlights the importance of holding those in power accountable for their actions.
One thing in life is guaranteed: Karma, you reap what you sow. I've watched family members and friends isolate others because of “fake news,” and hold this illusion that somehow this alleged criminal is somehow a man worthy of worship and idolatry. It's important to always seek the truth and not blindly follow what others say or believe. We should strive to treat others with kindness and respect, regardless of our differences in opinions or beliefs.
The hateful rhetoric Trump spews is not only an attempt at dividing our nation, but also one of the biggest grifts that ever existed. It is important to remember that we are all human beings and deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion. We must stand up against hate speech and work towards building a more inclusive and accepting society. After all, that is the basis on which our founding fathers wrote the Constitution.
We also need to respect the hallowed grounds we live upon, land that belonged to our Indigenous brothers and sisters for thousands of years, and in the least, we need to show America her respect to live up to the words "A More Perfect Union."
No matter where you fall in the spectrum of politics, set your current views aside and ask if a person paying off an adult entertainment star, rather it be to hide it from their significant other or hide it from the american public is worthy of being above the law...
