If you have children or other family members who require your attention, you should perform this exercise when it is quiet so you can truly relax and be still. This is your break from a hectic and stressful day.


When meditating, the following exercise can be performed: Close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting in complete darkness in a large room by yourself. Maintain this mental image for approximately 20 seconds. Imagine yourself sitting in the same room with bright, warm lights shining on you after the 20 seconds have passed. After that, return mentally to the same room with the lights off. This exercise will increase your awareness of your inner self. Knowing your inner self will help you to comprehend yourself. It will also help you to become more intuitive and self-aware. Initially, it may be difficult for you to meditate regularly, especially if you have never meditated before. You still desire to incorporate it into your daily routine. Meditation is essential for mental and physical well-being.


In order to alleviate your anxiety, you can also consider some uplifting affirmations. Here are some examples of affirmations you can use: I am living in paradise and am surrounded by peace. I am in excellent health and adore my life. These affirmations must be stated in the present tense. This may initially feel like a lie, even though you feel quite the opposite. The Law of Attraction teaches us that the universe, however, will only respond to your emotions and not your spoken words. Affirmations will assist you in retraining your subconscious mind to be in harmony with your desired emotions. Meditation and affirmations are essential when utilizing the Law of Attraction to eliminate anxieties. This will be an excellent stepping stone towards a future free of stress and worries.


By correctly applying these lessons, we can program ourselves to become what we truly desire. We do not have to believe that our life circumstances are predetermined or that we are at the mercy of external forces! Peace and happiness are your right, and understanding the Law of Attraction can help you attain them.
